The Shopping night Barcelona.

Sorry for my slack effort over the Festive period! I got carried away Christmas shopping,eating and drinking my way through it!…. and then realised I forgot to post about the long-awaited (better late than never!)……’Shopping Night Barcelona’ which made a lovely spectacle and everyone was out walking along Passeig de Gracia. Very Christmassy indeed! Open Markets, red carpets leading from stores onto the main avenue, free goodie bags, promotional stands for makeup and perfume, handing out Champers and canapés with some. A huge sculpture on the main street of Michelangelo’s David was clad with Missoni fabric and glazed-amazing. The buildings and shop fronts were beautifully lit, there were oversized presents on the pavement and even the scaffolding of one building had been decorated…….it got me in the mood!
